Refund Policy

No online payments at present

QAVIVAQ does not currently accept live card payments through this website. Therefore, submitting an account, application or programme enquiry does not create a charge that requires a refund.

When payments become available

Before checkout is activated, each paid offer will identify its price, billing basis, cancellation process, refund eligibility and any conditions applying to digital content, scheduled services or work already performed. Mandatory consumer rights will not be excluded.

Existing agreements

If you have paid under a separately signed proposal or agreement, the cancellation and refund provisions in that agreement apply.
