Membership Terms

Membership paths

QAVIVAQ may provide free access, recurring membership, structured programs and private development engagements. Availability, eligibility and included features can differ by path.

Current enrollment status

Free accounts may be created now. Paid memberships and programs are not purchased through the website until a compliant payment provider is connected. Selecting a paid path records interest or an application; it does not create a payment obligation.

Access and conduct

Access is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed. Members must protect credentials, respect other participants and avoid unlawful, abusive, unsafe or infringing conduct.

Health and results

Participation may involve physical activity and personal decision-making. Members are responsible for choosing activity appropriate to their circumstances and obtaining professional clearance where needed. No specific physical, commercial or personal result is guaranteed.

Future paid terms

Before a paid enrollment begins, QAVIVAQ will confirm the price, billing period, included services, cancellation conditions, refund position and payment provider. Where a separate proposal or agreement is issued, it forms part of the applicable terms.
